Students engaged in realistic and high-pressure scenarios designed to test and enhance their emergency response skills. The primary objectives of the exercise were to practice effective communication; implement the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC); and execute MARCH interventions, focusing on massive hemorrhage, airway management, respiration, circulation, and hypothermia/head injury treatments.

Billings, Montana- Rocky Vista University Montana College of Osteopathic Medicine (RVU-MCOM) is set to conduct a mass casualty drill at Phipps Park in Billings, on Thursday, June 13, 1-4 p.m. This crucial training exercise, involving students from the Military Medicine and Wilderness Medicine tracks, aims to simulate a rock fall scenario resulting in multiple casualties.

Rocky Vista University Montana College of Osteopathic Medicine (RVU MCOM) is pleased to announce the launch of their Tracks and Electives program. The program creates and delivers strategically crafted, optional curricular programming to offer students inspiring educational experiences in a variety of healthcare areas as they endeavor to serve patients in diverse communities with compassion, integrity, and excellence. Elective courses and tracks are offered as a mechanism to enhance student education beyond the core osteopathic curriculum.
