Tim Russom, is the Simulation Program Manager at RVU-MCOM. Tim started his career as a carpenter and certified locksmith in the U.S. Air Force. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Education Technology from Bowling Green State University Ohio, while teaching cadets at the Air Force Academy. After 23 years of military service, he retired from the 10 Medical Group doing medical simulation and education. He immediately took a position at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs as a Simulation Technician and was promoted to Simulation Operations Manager before joining MCOM. He has been married to his wife Shannon for 30 years, they have 4 children, 2 cats and a dog. His hobbies are getting outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycles, Dungeons and Dragons and 3D printing.
