Dr. Gaurov Dayal is an innovative and visionary leader committed to advancing global healthcare education. As Chief Executive Officer of Medforth Global Healthcare Education, he oversees all executive functions, driving international expansion, forging innovative clinical partnerships, and enhancing opportunities for students worldwide.

Previously, Dr. Dayal served as CEO of Axia Women’s Health, one of the largest networks of women’s healthcare providers in the United States, where he led transformative growth and prioritized patient and physician excellence. His leadership at Everside Health and ChenMed further underscored his ability to scale innovative care models, improve quality outcomes, and expand access to affordable healthcare. Earlier in his career, Dr. Dayal held executive leadership roles in multistate hospital systems, where he gained extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, and care delivery innovation.

Dr. Dayal completed his residency training in Pediatrics at Washington University in St. Louis, his MD from Northwestern University, and graduated from Johns Hopkins University.
