March 11, 2020 | Curriculum Delivery Change

Dear Students,

In an effort to minimize exposure during this recent coronavirus outbreak, the COM, MSBS, and PA programs have decided to move to all online course content and assessments. This will start Monday March 16. It is likely to continue through the end of the semester, but the Program Directors and Preclinical Dean will reevaluate the situation on April 17 and adjust as necessary.

While the university is not shutdown, we ask that students do not come to campus. The purpose of this is to minimize exposure.

  • Program Specific information will follow in a separate email in the next two days.
  • Videos will be available on mediasite and/or your student calendar. Information on how to access will be sent when appropriate.
  • Students can expect communication from OOT in the next week regarding Secure Exams.

We appreciate your ongoing patience and support as we continue to monitor COVID-19 and minimize exposure to protect the health and well-being of our RVU community. If you have questions or concerns, please contact me, Dr. Montemayor, or Dr. Linton.

Heather Ferrill DO, MS MEdL
Associate Dean of Pre-Clinical Education
